When we arrived to discuss the problem with Mr. Anderson, he stated he noticed the temperature in a couple of rooms was not raising or lowering properly when he adjusted the thermostat, which made him suspect there may be a leak somewhere in the ductwork. Our team did a thorough inspection of the ductwork, located the leak, and used the proper tape for ductwork to seal up the hole.
We also removed the dust and debris inside the ducts by vacuuming them out.
